Starting a running a business is daunting task, especially for busy mums who are juggling multiple responsibilities. Even with the best intentions and plans in place, you may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. The feelings you might be experiencing include:
Lack of clarity or direction: maybe you don’t know where you want to take your business, or maybe you do know but you aren’t sure how to make it happen
Fear or Self Doubt: you are likely to be worried that you can’t run a business or that you will fail, this can also show up as Imposter Syndrome
Overwhelm: there is so much to get done, you don’t know what to focus on first or how to prioritise
Procrastination: you are putting off tasks or avoiding them altogether

It is likely that you will have limiting beliefs, we will work to uncover these and overcome them to help you move forward with confidence. Whether your limiting beliefs relate to low confidence, imposter syndrome, fear of judgement or money. We can find out where these feelings come from and help you overcome them.
Once you have set your actions, I will help you stay on track by holding you accountable for taking the action you commit to during the sessions.
You can expect supportive, non-judgemental conversations during which you can share your challenges and we will formulate solutions together.
