My passion for coaching came from my experience as a business owner, working in many networks of mums who became self employed to give them the flexibility they needed to be able to look after their children in the way they wanted to.

I noticed a huge different in mindset between these mums, some really talented ladies had low confidence and struggled with imposter syndrome, while those with less skill were full of confidence and easily making £10k months.

I also saw so many people overworking and under charging due to imposter syndrome.

I decided to train as a coach to offer mindset support to mums in business, to help them develop businesses that provide time and financial freedom and to integrate flexibility into their business, so the stress of school holidays doesn’t impact their business.

I’ve achieved all of this in my own business, so I know it is possible for you as well. I believe the key to this is self-discovery and alignment. Once we understand our values, strengths and passion, and we build our business around that, everything else become easier. So in my business coaching I will help you integrate this approach to give you more freedom and flexibility to run your business how you want to.

As well as my coaching certifications, I also have a degree in entrepreneurship and a CIM diploma in Marketing. I also have almost 10 years experience running a marketing agency so I am well equipped to help you in your journey whatever stage you are at.
