When Lisa first got in touch, she wasn't sure what to expect from coaching. She works for the NHS and had never tried coaching before, she just wanted one session, mainly for accountability.
Her goal was simple, to start walking more often.
During her first session, she had a huge shift, as we explored what was holding Lisa back from her daily walks, she noticed patterns that had shaped her life for years.

She learnt how to listen to her body and understand the cues she was getting, she learnt tools to help her regulate her nervous system and help break habit patterns she had developed.
Within weeks, she had joined a running club, began nourishing herself differently, started making choices that felt good, but most importantly, noticing the patterns that were stopping her from living the life she wanted.
This was a hugely emotional and transformational journey for Lisa, her confidence grew and she gained more energy and calm to approach life in the way she wanted.
By the end of our 6 weeks together, Lisa could see herself and her life differently. She was clear on what she needed to do next, grounded in the path she had taken and proud of how much she overcame. She began exploring a new career path that felt aligned with her values, energy and her story.
