A 4 week, 1:1 coaching program including:
3 x 1:1 coaching sessions. (60 minute sessions, to be used over 4 weeks).
WhatsApp support between sessions. (Mon-Fri, t's and c's apply)
Gentle tools to support your growth between sessions.
By the end of our 6 weeks together you will:
