Coach & Mentor for Female Business Owners

My mission is to help female business owners build the business they dreamed of when they started.

No-one starts a business to work longer hours, for less money and feel more stressed while they do it.

Yet I see so many small business owners working long hours, not taking holidays and just about making ends meet, it really doesn't need to be that way.

I have run my own businesses for years so I know the challenges you come up against. I also have almost 20 years experience in marketing so whatever support you need, I am here to help.

How am I different to other coaches?

I've been exactly where you are! I left a full time, secure job to go it alone. I didn't know what I was doing at the time, but I've made it work and ultimately given my self time freedom as well as earning a full time salary without needing any additional childcare.

I know how scary it can feel and I also know there are often other priorities, not just business and I can help you untangle those priorities to build a business that works for you.

I have worked through so many of the mindset blocks you are likely to come up against. I have built strategies, put in place systems and processes and worked with a huge network of people to get to where I am now.

I went from working a 9-5 to working a 10 hour week and earning the same amount. It's about knowing yourself, what you want and understanding your own unique strengths to help you get there. That's where I can help.

I didn't get here overnight though.

In fact, quite the opposite...

I started working for myself when my eldest child was just a few months old. I really didn't want to go back to a 9-5 job, so I decided to use my years of experience to go it alone, and I have learnt so many lessons along the way.

I've worked with a huge amount of people during my time in business and what always amazes me is the impact of mindset. I saw a huge difference in mindset between those that had managed to find a flexible and profitable business and those that hadn't. Interestingly skill and experience didn't necessarily go alongside success - Mindset really was the difference in them.

And so my fascination in personal development and mindset began and alongside running my now agency business, I began training as a coach. Following my initial certification, I went on to further certifications in NLP and Positive Psychology, both of which I Integrate into my coaching practice now.

As well as my coaching certifications, I also have a degree in Entrepreneurship and a CIM Professional Marketing Diploma, on top of more than 18 years working in marketing management roles.

I offer coaching, mentoring and accountability to women business owners to help you build your business your way. I believe that when we put more of ourselves into our business, it gets easier, the stress reduces and there's less chance of burnout

We've all seen the £10k month promises on the internet regularly these days, I challenge you to question yourself, and how much that goal is your goal or a goal you have been promised by someone trying to sell you something. Your actual goal might be higher than that, lower or something completely different, and that doesn't matter, what really matters is that it is your goal!
